About Us
Welcome to Serendipity Artisan Blends I hope you become a long time friend.
Serendipity is a family owned and run business based in Kirkland WA, a fine food and wine
production area.
My range of dip mixes and rubs was developed out of necessity, and a desire to eat well.
I love great food but found that most nights I didn’t have time to cook up a storm following
complicated recipes. So I set about grinding and blending herbs and spices in batches that
would last for a couple of meals and came up with some great combinations.
I found that most of my blends could be used in lots of different ways. Dips, marinades, dry
rubs and dipping oil blends for instance.
This meant my wife and I could BBQ, roast, stir fry and slow cook and be guaranteed we
were eating healthy and tasty food.
I received rave reviews from friends, families and work colleagues (our family leftovers are
highly prized at lunchtime) so I decided to share my blends with you. I am not a chef, just an
ordinary guy who is passionate about food and flavor.
My blends and rubs are preservative free and all natural. I always blend in small batches to
control the quality and freshness, using the very best ingredients from around the region and
beyond.
Having come from humble beginnings as far as blending is concerned - mixing at the
kitchen table - my products these days are personally hand-blended in a state-certified
kitchen, and I have been educated in food safety, and maintain a very clean environment
during packaging.
Being very aware of food allergies, all of my products contain no M.S.G and are gluten free.
Aside from my strict quality standards and great taste, my unique blend of herbs, veggies
and spices, is what sets us apart.
So you can expect my selection of flavors and new products to grow and grow over time, but
no matter how many flavors and products I add, you can still guarantee the same high
standards of hygiene, flavor and customer quality.
I look forward to chatting with you at the many events we will be sampling at this coming year.
It was fabulous meeting all of you in 2009. What a diverse and interesting crowd of guys you
really are. I have many fond memories of my demonstration days and the interesting recipe
ideas you contributed.
I have taken many of them to task, and lots of you will soon see the results of your labor in
the coming months. I thank all of you for your support and encouragement.
Throughout 2010, Serendipity products will become available in small boutique stores,
wineries, and wine shops, but make sure you continue to visit our booths at your local
markets for that great dunkin' dip experience.
